Apps and AI
built around your business.

I design custom apps, modernize existing software, and integrate practical AI into the way your business already works—so the result fits the job instead of forcing the job into somebody else’s system.

Five builds. Five kinds of problem.

Custom operations software, private AI, and technical design tools—each shaped around the people who actually use it.

Testers needed

Want early access? I need people running these on real jobs.

Four products are open for testers right now. Tell me what you drive, fit, fix, or run, and I'll get you set up. Anvil HQ is a full shop CRM — it takes a real setup, so that one starts with a conversation.

Each product starts with a real frustration, scattered information, wasted time, preventable mistakes, or work made harder than it needs to be.

These are practical tools designed to make everyday work simpler, faster, and more reliable.

KEORIS is available now with a free 3-day trial. Additional products are currently in development.

Practical AI Systems

Tested AI systems for real businesses — installable workflows through Content Forge, plus AI audits, workflow automation, business assistants, and custom builds.

Content Forge is the content and prompt system: guided workflows that turn one idea into a complete publishing system. Several of the products below show up there as proof of work.

KEORIS

The machine is yours. A private intelligence built into your Windows desktop — summoned by voice, searching your own approved folders, and asking permission before it acts. Made for Operators, not subscribers. Then hire me to build a custom KEORIS around your home, shop, electronics, cameras, or workflow.

It runs fully local on whatever LLM your GPU can handle — nothing leaves your PC. No GPU, or want a bigger brain? Point it at a cloud API instead (Claude or OpenAI, billed to you).

Launching

Anvil HQ

Your shop, as an app. Built by hand and wearing your name. Anvil brings customers, jobs, messages, files, approvals, and Forge AI into one branded home for performance, fabrication, restoration, diesel, and specialty repair shops.

A full shop CRM, so it isn't a download — every install is set up around your shop, your services, and your branding. Try the live demo first, then email me and we'll scope the build.

Live prototype

SiteProof

A website audit service that documents what blocks trust and action, then shows the screenshots, findings, and repair path.

The public prototype and Adam Designs case study are live. Automated crawling, accounts, checkout, and report delivery are still being connected.

Field reference

Launching

SpecScan

A field-first specification system that helps crews identify, verify, and install the right component without digging through a pile of documents.

Built per company — your specifications, your standards, your parts. Testers should be working in the trade: fitters, QC, and shop hands who read specs on the job.

Pipe design · 3D drawing

Beta

PipeForge 3D

A visual pipe-drawing program for laying out real assemblies in 3D, checking the run, and turning field knowledge into a clear model.

Customized to how your shop draws, fabricates, and installs. Testers should already be comfortable with 3D drawing or CAD software — this one assumes you know the workflow.

Crew Comms

Clock in and out, see the clocked-in crew near-live, send short voice updates, review weekly hours, and export a spreadsheet-ready CSV.

Try the public demo with fictional data — no login required and nothing saved.

Diagnostics Reader guided case: battery voltage verified, fuel pressure test in progress

Automotive diagnosis

Beta

Diagnostics Reader

An ASE-minded diagnostic assistant that records the vehicle and symptom, builds a plan, and walks through one test at a time. Test before you replace. Anyone who works on their own vehicle can test this one — no experience required.

GearHead: live ECU data, a completed drag timeslip, and the community feed

The real life Need for Speed · iOS

Beta

GearHead

The all-in-one app for performance drivers. Pair a standard Bluetooth OBD2 adapter and your phone becomes a scan tool, a drag timer, and a garage full of people who care about your build — diagnostics, real-world timing, community, and parts in one place.

Seventeen live sensors off the ECU, GPS-timed passes with a real slip at the end, call-outs and local events, and a peer-to-peer parts marketplace. Reading data is read-only — no tuning, no ECU flashing.

Benny — disciplined setups, proof not hype

Market research · Desktop

Demo live

Benny

Disciplined setups. Proof, not hype. A research bot that works a nine-to-five like the rest of us — it runs the board every session, equities and crypto, grades what it finds, and shows its work in public.

Two engines chained: one decides what is true, the other decides how it is told. Updates write and post themselves all day without me touching them, and every call goes on the record before the outcome — anything it could not verify is marked not observed rather than guessed. Trading is the part that stays gated: paper by default, per-trade and daily caps, a kill switch, and a confirm before any order. Not financial advice.

Built close
to the problem.

The stack changes. The standard does not: understand the real job, remove the friction, and ship something worth keeping.

01

Useful before impressive.

Every detail earns its spot by making the product clearer, faster, or easier to trust.

02

Built from real experience.

Field, shop, and business problems shape the software before technology choices do.

03

Ship the whole experience.

Product logic, interface, onboarding, edge cases, and the details people feel but rarely name.

Built for the person
doing the work.

What kinds of projects do you take on?

Website design, software design, custom web and desktop apps, redesigns, workflow tools, and practical AI integrations. I work with businesses across industries, with particular familiarity in restaurants and contractor operations. Each project starts with understanding what you need and deciding what is practical to build.

Do I need a full app?

Not always. Sometimes the right answer is a small internal tool, an integration between systems you already use, or a focused redesign of one painful workflow. I will tell you when a smaller solution is enough.

What happens after I send the brief?

I review the problem, ask only what is needed to understand the workflow, and reply with a plain recommendation: what I would build, what I would not build, and the next useful step.

Can I inspect the work first?

Yes. The Work page uses real product screens and links to the public demos that are ready to inspect. Client work is labeled by its actual status, including test mode and remaining launch gates.

Adam, independent software developer

I wanted these tools to exist.
So I built them.

I'm Adam — a father, husband, pipefitter, and self-taught software designer. Fifteen years across business ownership, operations, and skilled trades, plus a background in naval architecture and airplane structures.

I've been the one doing the work and the one responsible for delivering it. That's the perspective I build from.

Email GitHub X

Tell me what you want to build or improve.

Describe your website, app idea, or business process, who it needs to help, and what you want it to do. I will review the request and recommend a practical next step.

No sales pitch. I’ll tell you plainly whether software is worth building.

If the form cannot send, email Adam directly.
